Cheap, and good enough
Inexpensive hat, stands up on its own and fitted my 11 year old who needed it for world book day. Okay for fancy dress, but probably not for more routine witchcraft.

Make strap bigger
Buckle strap was too small for the hat . Had to cut it off as hat didn't fit with it on . The lining round brim of the hat split. .Wasn't worth the money
