I’ve used this many times and had zero issues. It’s awesome and super handy to have. No jams so problems at all.

Frequently used, best laminator
The scotch laminator is perfect for everyday projects. It was so easy to use and worked perfectly right out of the box. I have been able to do several projects and they all turned out flawless. I have even done some with thicker paper and they all worked well. It is very quiet, doesn't stay hot after project is done, and there is no smell from the lamination process. It is very compact and fits nicely in a small space.

I would buy it again.
Using mostly for home and some office projects with thin paper and card stock and it works well. It is prefect fitting for standard sized (8.5 × 14 inches) paper. Doesn't bubble up or have a strong smell and so far no discoloration.I would buy it again.

Good laminator
I ordered this laminator in order to seal several cards (medicare, health) to keep them from getting wrinkled and torn in my wallet. Received it in a timely manner, found it was quick to warm up to operating temperature, was easy to feed and did a satisfactorily job. I would recommend using the 5mm thickness laminating film vs 3 mm. It's stiffer and laminates better for a stiffer card. Overall quite pleased with this laminator and recommend it highly for your office needs.
