My son is 8 and he received this microscope science kit for Christmas. He absolutely loves it and because it is in a handy carrying case he can easily take it everywhere! It is the perfect starter kit for his age group because it is well protected in the sturdy case, and he is unlikely to break anything inside because the items are made from sturdy plastic. Inside, each item has it's own special space so the kit stays organized and he knows if something is missing. Great purchase!

Great kit. Only the mechanical problem that the light did not work. Looking to get a replacement. But still - kit is a real learning tool...a good way to introduce science and specifically biology.

Has a nicer case than other less expensive microscopes but was missing supplies that the others included. The cell phone attachment appears to be an afterthought that does not fit in the case properly.

Not the highest quality. I have a child's microscope from the 1950's that has better optics.

Got it for my 8 year old grandson for Christmas so hasn’t been used yet. Looks good. I am pleased.

The lens of microscope is of good quality. We enjoy our time in the micro-world vision with my little son.

So well organized, all equipment needed in one place, easy to use and transport!!!
