If you're going to buy a split AC unit I highly recommend senville
I had purchased an 18,000 BTU split AC unit heat pump from them two years ago we've had some bad storms here in Florida a hurricane and then a tornado which affects our power and then fixing it brings it on and off regularly and it blew the circuit board and compressor on my outdoor unit I looked up and seen I had a 5-year warranty called them up parts were on back order but they got them out to me as soon as possible with no gripe or complain install the components got it up and running only to find out the outdoor fan motor was messed up also spoke to them today6/27/24 and with absolutely no problem they're shipping me both fan and motor free of charge as all but the shipping on the compressor was free of charge and that was only $25 the best experience I've ever had was Aftercare customer service absolutely amazing

Very quiet efficient unit
Well built unit. Extremely quiet operation. Very efficient heats our 1955 built 2000 sqft home in NW Oregon for less than $300 per year! We were paying that much every 2 months during the winter to the gas company to heat with a forced air gas furnace.Unit did not have the wifi controller installed so can comment about that. Came with line set and wires. Only real complaint is the instruction manual is poorly written. If you have not installed a ductless unit before spend some time watching utube videos and you'll be fine.

Good product, but poor controls
The unit is very efficient, easy to install and controls to set point well, The only thing I don’t like is the setting is done on the remote, there is no time clock. If I want it to come go on or off automatically I have to set it each time of use, so every night before I go to bed I look at the weather report, determine when it needs to come on and set a timer. When I want it to turn off I manually turn it off with the remote.

Quiet and efficient system
I liked the way this unit works! It is very quiet and does a great job of heating and cooling my closedin outdoor patio. I am able to use this space year-round with this unit.

So far it's working as it should. Will update if I have problems with it.

Energy savings heat
After one month my my electric bill is down even though the temperature is too. Used this to replace baseboard heaters and it heats my whole house. Its quiet and efficient a bit bulky on my wall but got this unit due to lows in the winter in my area often fall to single digets and even negative Temps. Can't wait for summer to see how the AC works

Great ac
Will be buying another one. Ac is great and easy to install. The ductless ac/heat pumps are economical and this seller is great. Fast shipping and great service.

Good replacement for electric baseboard heating so far
Mini split is surprisingly quiet, even when fan is set to full. I really wish it had some sort of scheduling built into the remote. I think that's a pretty important feature for most people, so it's a glaring omission in my opinion.Jury is still out on energy effias we just got the unit installed. Heating works well so far, heating up the inside of an above garage office to 69 degrees fairly quickly.Be aware that to obtain the warranty you must have a professional handle the installation. Also, remember that if it gets to about 5° ambient temperature outside you will need to use a different source of heat. Luckily that doesn't happen too often in western New York (sans wind chill anyways). It may happen ten days tops.
