Without stretching the garter, it measures about 17 inches. When I stretch it, it measures max about 31 inches. I got the black one, and the ribbon is elastic. I bought it for a cosplay photoshoot, and these were comfortable and looked nice. It will slip down your thighs eventually, but I found them to stay on relatively ok.

I'm 5'8" so I'm somewhat tall, depending on how many times you wrap them around they'll either have a lot or a little elastic left over. Nevertheless they were definitely long enough (which I was worried about) and they stayed on the whole night with no worries whatsoever! The only thing was that they can be too long, so I had to tie them multiple times around my leg again at the end, and that they dig into your legs so by the time you take them off you feel relieved. But I wore them to a rave and didn't notice at all when I was dancing all night. Would recommend!

Because of the elastic, you can wrap these around your legs three times or seven times. It all depends on how skinny your legs are.These are super cute, and beyond adorable, and it's perfect for dressing up a short skirt, Hey cute pair of shorts, or anything else that you can possibly even think of.For the price, you definitely cannot go wrong. I got mine in black, but I really want to get another pair in white. I wrapped these around my legs three times, but I think that I need to go back and do them five just because I want to see how they look.

I wore them for EDC but at the end of the night they kept one kept falling off 😅😂 not the strings but the one that goes around the thigh from the stretch since I wore them for a really long time … still worth it I loved them and will be purchasing again

The only part that is a set size is on the thigh area (which is where a lot of women carry some weight, myself included) is very small. They are unusable for me. Not worth the money to ship them back. If you're tiny, these would be fine. I'm a size 14 in jeans (pretty average) and there's just no way they will fit at all. I didn't realize the part that goes on your thigh is not adjustable, which was my fault, I should have asked...that's why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 star.

I am a very picky lady! I absolutely love these leg wraps. I wanted to find something that would work like a long shoe string and of course these worked very well. They are long and sturdy. They stay in place on the legs - no slipping at all.The items came packaged very well too. The package came so quickly, I had forgot that I ordered them until I opened the package up. Typically Amazon Seller are extremely slow sending merchandise, but not this one. This seller was on it! I would definitely purchase again.

These were a fun accessory to add to an outfit and I have worn them many times now. The top stays up without any struggle, I never have to readjust the top part. I am still working on figuring out the best way to wrap and tie the straps. I usually want to get one more wrap around out of the straps but am unable to, but I am still trying to find the best way to wear them. These would be a lot of fun to add to a costume or to jazz up an outfit. Great quality, I haven't noticed any stretching or tearing anywhere after several wears.

Cute but broke after one wear. Not a good quality.
