This product doesn’t work. Bought product in October 2019. Made no difference to a new scar despite using it for months. Company sent me a voucher in return for a 5 star review. Really sorry I can’t lie about how in effective this scar gel is because I will be misleading people.

This photo is with just 3 days of use. So far I am very pleased with this product. It feels nice, it rubs in well, the skin already feels softer and less bumpy along the scar. You only need to use a small amount so it seems like it will last well. Of course I don't know how it would be healing without using the gel but I feel that it is really good at hydrating the skin at the very least so I will be continuing to use it and will update again when I have been using it for longer.

This works wonders. I’ve tried all leading scar oils and gels/creams. This cream took the redness away and more importantly the uneven skin so that it was felt flatter and smoother. The scarring has almost gone. I’m in my 50’s and my skin doesn’t heal as well as it used to so this has been fantastic and I highly recommend it!

I have been using this for 2 nearly weeks and seen excellent results so far! The photo is of use after 1 week.My surgery involved several abdominal incisions and I have only been able to use this gel on my belly button so far as it is the only incision that has healed fully. 1 week of using this gel and my incision in my belly button was just a thin red line, it is not raised and you can barely see it. At times, after massage, the incision becomes skin coloured. I am hopeful with several more weeks of using this gel it will heal very well. I will be using it on all my other incisions.I have previously healed with keloid scars (raised, knotted scars) from minor cuts, surgeries such as C-sections etc. Using silicone sheets weren't plausible for my belly button so I used this gel and I'm so pleased with it.The gel is white but smears on easily, spreads thinly and easily, a little goes a long way. Application is 2-3 times a day but I have managed 1-2 per day.Highly recommended. Quickly delivery. I have already recommended it to my sister and a friend who have recently had surgery as I'm so pleased with the results.

Although it's not the cheapest scar reduction product available you get what you pay for. I've been using the gel for about 3 weeks on a new scar left by the removal of a cyst on my neck and the results have been excellent. The scar was raised and was a reddish colour so I massaged the gel on to the scar 3 times a day and the scars appearance has drastically improved, the redness has gone and is now fairly flat. I'm still using the gel and I have no doubt I will see further improvent. I have no hesitation in giving this product 5 stars.

Possibly the worst thing I’ve used on my scar. The fact you have to ‘massage’ in the gel made my scar so irritated that it’s now doubled in size and is redder than ever. So so upset by this and was dragged in by the good reviews and now am so self conscious of how big my scar is now. Thanks for nothing

Received this recently having purchased following recent surgery. Once my incisions had healed I started to apply and used alongside silicone scar sheets and also rosehip oil. Initially I massaged in the gel and applied micropore tape over the tops of my scars- I have to say when removing the tape I could see a definite flattening and scars felt very smooth to the touch. I later went on to use this product on its own and will continue to use it for another month or so- one tube of this goes a long long way as you apply quite sparingly. I think for many people the last thing they want following surgery, complications and an undesirable outcome aside, is keloid scars. And in my honest opinion this really does help with that. It feels very soft to the touch, absorbs very well- although advisable to massage in for several minutes to ensure maximum absorption.

I decided to get this scar gel after reading in several medical journals that silicon gel or sheet is most effective for scar reduction. I have been using this gel for about a month now on my scars from the surgery for MCL & ACL repair/reconstruction. When I started to use this gel, it was a little over a month post operation and my scars were keloid, being lumpy and raised. I apply twice a day: before going to bed and in the morning before dressing. Scars are still visible but are now mostly flat with just one scar still a bit raised (I have two incision scars and two keyhole scars). I understand it usually takes a few months after the treatment onset to see the result so I will keep using this product.
