Really nice colour pallet goes on well

So this has to be one of the most disappointing eyeshadow pallets I’ve ever received. 3 out of 4 of the shades were horrible and didn’t swatch well at all, they were a chalky consistency and not blendable at all. I tried to blend the shades and they just disappeared off my face like Houdini. There is a lot of fall out when swatching the shades, and overall I think they are very cheaply made.The only positive I have to say is that the shimmer/glitter shade was the only shade that swatched nicely and looked good. To me, 1/4 shades being decent is not worth paying for the entire pallet. Jolly Dim please improve your eyeshadow formula, do better for your customers. I think my one star rating is generous based on the reasons stated.

The case is a magnetic closure which is very, very secure lid which completely removes for access. This is a good thing, since the ones which have mirrors or just attached lids prevent good access to the colour closest to the mirror or lid. Firm magnets keep the lid in place and you cannot pull it off, you need to twist the lid (rotate it) to remove it. The lid is made of a frosted polycarbonate, it’s a decent weight which adds a quality feel to it.The eyeshadows themselves are smooth to apply, with an excellent creamy consistency. My wife says that these are amongst the very best cosmetics that she has ever used and easily match products from the ultra premium brands. The Polish manufacturer obviously recognises how much care and attention Eastern European women take on their appearance. They are selling top notch, ultra premium quality products at supermarket prices. The only mistake is the English connotation of calling themselves “Jolly Dim”. I actually thought this was anther unfortunate Chinese name, but my wife pointed out the manufacturer is Polish! The weird brand name may work positively for them because you’re not going to forget the name in a hurry. THESE ARE ULTRA-PREMIUM PRODUCTS, BUY THEM, THEY’RE DOTTORE APPROVED!

My wife tried to blend them once and it didn’t go well, so has used them individually. Very nice colours, but my wife hasn’t a use for the yellow in this single colour application use. Seems a bit of a random colour to have in the set as the rest are great for day to day use and are nearly gone, they yellow remains untouched.They do last well throughout the day, but definitely not waterproof.The case itself is great, very premium feeling. The little magnets that hold each corner in place are brilliant. It appears as though they would stack if you had multiple palettes, as a husband who sees these things scattered across a table, I think that’s a great design feature. The eyeshadows are good quality also, survived a short drop without breaking up.

The colors are so nice, I love the texture of it and how it's spreading on the skin. Lasts quite long, not waterproof tho, but still good and practic.I'd like to mention the package - a really great idea to be able to remove the cover fully and to attach it back later, as it has little magnets in each corner and feels so cool, I love even the click when it's closing - clack! - and the materials of the palette with the cover, strong and really good.
