My great niece and nephew loved it! The dog follows the bone, so the puppy followed them! It was super cute. The learning buttons weren’t as impressive. I think there’s a bit of time to make that feature better but the puppy does talk and walk, so for that it’s super cute! Bought this for a 10 month old, she loved it! A 3 year old did too!

I have a one year old at home and he really loves playing with it. It keeps him engaged and it's fun for me as well to play with rattle to make the dog respond.

This is such a smart puppy! Before you hand Puppy over to a lucky toddler, 4 AA batteries are needed that are not included. This is a “learning pup” in that developmental benefits are motor skills, language development, and cause and effect. Shake the bone and the puppy responds with sounds, phrases, and movements. Pup will walk, run in a circle, and wag its tail. Press the music symbol, and your toddler will hear songs, music, and phrases about the heart, such as “My heart beats fast when I’m running!” Press the 1,2,3 button to learn about numbers and the bone button for puppy facts. There’s volume control and automatic shut off to save batteries. Since the bone is so important for this toy, there’s a hook near its collar for storage. For ages 12-36 months, this toy is keeping my grandson occupied for quite a long period of time and probably will your toddler, too. It’s made of plastic and fortunately for us, Henry doesn’t throw toys because I’m sure it can break.

Every toy that I've bought from Vtech has been amazing. My son keeps tossing them around, throwing them to the floor from height but so far nothing is broken. If you see that the toy's not working, just change the batteries. It takes 2 AAA.

Purchased as a gift for dachshund loving couple who are expecting. Joyful gift for the second six months and more.

The toy worked awesome for about half an hour, now the tail doesn't work. Everything else still does, except for the tail, which is a little disappointing considering it was played with for half an hour, by adults with our daughter (she's 6 months so basically just looked and listened to it)

Pretty cheap. It's cute when it walks but its hit or miss if itll do that and the tail doesn't wag. We may have gotten a dud.
