If you love it so much why don't you marry it?
Ahh yes, school yard antics but in the case of these SPANX...let's just say that had I met them before I met m husband I would have married them. I bought these to wear under a form fitting dress that I wanted to wear for a maternity photo shoot. I love the dress but my badonkadonk has enjoyed some ice cream over the last 7 months and I just needed something to reign that sucker in a little bit. I pulled these on and like magic, I had a better than pre-pregnancy butt! If you have ever worn SPANX or Assets but this same brand you will LOVE the way these smooth everything out. The bonus with these is the support they give your belly. I felt amazing wearing them, they are comfy and I felt like everything was supported and lifted. By the end of the day I feel as though I'm lugging a bowling ball around under my shirt but these had me feeling like I could go run a few laps around the block. I was nervous they were going to pinch or show a seam above the belly and on my upper back but they fit perfect right above my belly and the material has a little give to it in the upper back and didn't pinch at all - it was completely smooth and seamless. My only regret with these is that I didn't buy them sooner. This is my 2nd pregnancy and for the first and the beginnings of this one I thought the price was a bit much for something that would get worn so seldom. Now that I've tried them I may get pregnant a third time just so I have a reason to wear them - they made me feel great and look great. You can not go wrong.I am 5'4" and my Pre-pregnancy weight was 130, I'm 32 weeks and about 145/150 now. I got size B and they were a perfect fit.

This has been a life saver for my pregnancy!
Got this to wear under a very fitted formal dress at 19 weeks pregnant with my 5th baby. It fits true to size (I was about 190ish when I first got it.) just read reviews and got the size I thought I’d need. It worked great.I’ve worn it now under a bunch of fitted dresses and it’s stretched with me now up to 33 weeks- I will wear this probably until I deliver because it’s so stretchy! Definitely tighter in the legs and takes a hot minute to squeeze into, but it’s not uncomfortable or anything once I’m in it. Very smoothing and makes the bump look great! Also perks the tooshie up too.Definitely one of the best pregnancy purchases!

Maternity SPANX v. Belavation Shapewear
I am a huge fan of the non-maternity version of these SPANX so I was happy to find that they were also available in a maternity style now that I'm expecting. I am 5'8" and wear a size 14 and am currently 6 months pregnant. I ordered a pair of these in my normal D spanx size and they fit perfectly with room to spare in the tummy area as my bump continues to grow over the final trimester. The belly area is not as supportive as I would have liked because it is made out of a sheer stocking-like material. I have not had a problem with the material running or catching on anything even after multiple wears and washes. Since the material is very thin, I take extra care when I'm pulling this on or off. My biggest complaint about these is that they don't have the convenient slit between the legs that normal spanx do. Be prepared to pull these things up and down each of the 50,000 times you go to the bathroom every day. The other down side to the material being so thin is that it does not provide any support at all and very letting smoothing of the bump (though there is plenty of support everywhere else). I don't want my bump to be constricted but some small amount of support would have been nice on the front. When I bought these I also decided to try a similar product made and sold by Belevation here on Amazon. Belevation Womens Maternity Shapewear Mid-Thigh Pettipant Large Black. As much as I like my Spanx, I have to confess that the Belevation maternity shapeware are my go-to baby belly-shaping item. The Belevation material is much softer and stretchier, making it loads more comfortable. The material is also more durable than the Spanx so I can quickly tug it on and off during bathroom breaks without having to worry about ripping a hole in it the way I do with the Spanx. Plus the Belevation shapewear is more affordable so I was able to purchase several pairs without leaving as big a dent in my wallet. It was about 30% cheaper than the Spanx when I bought it.

Just do it!
This has fit perfectly and I can’t imagine wearing a dress without it! Smoothes out any bulges and provides support for my growing stomach. I am 5’9” and when I ordered this I was 18 weeks pregnant weighting about 155lbs however it still fits me perfectly at 29 weeks and 170lbs.Only down side is that the material does get runs easily. I have been very gentle with mine and hand washed only and it has lasted but is just starting to get a run in it. Hasn’t jeopardized the garment at all but I may order another soon - TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Fantastic!
Love this! It creates the perfect shape to my pregnant belly and it isn’t uncomfortable or suffocating!

Work great, not durable, consider ordering a size down.
UPDATE: I ordered a size down and I've been very happy with them. I just wish they were a little more durable. I'm about to order some more because they're the only thing that relieve my back and hip pain and don't ride up like medical maternity belts. Since they help with pain relief more than anything else I've taken to wearing them almost every day. Unfortunately that don't hold up well to daily wear.I'm 5'5", 200 lb (180 pre-P) and ordered a size D. It was huge! The top sagged over my bump and drooped on my upper back. I tried to tuck it into my bra. The legs/hips were super baggy and provided no smoothing. I still had a huge panty line and obvious lumps and the fabric was hanging off of me. It was like wearing a pair of loose leggings. I am not a small person! I've also never had this issue with regular Spanx so maybe it's just the preggo sizes that are messed up. Most people on Amazon say these fit as expected but maybe I just carry my weight differently because they were way too big. I'm reordering a size C instead. Fingers crossed...
