Bought four cushions and they appeared to be just what we were looking for. Lovely material and not bad value. However, the zips leave a bit to be desired. We managed, after a struggle, to zip three of the covers up but one was so stiff it broke in my hand..

Corner of cushions constantly empty and are extremely hard to refill corners with stuffing.So all in all don’t keep a good shape.

Items delivered promptly and product was lovely. Sadly one of them had a faulty zip. See photo. I contacted the seller, who responded with a ' we have passed the matter on to out quality control department' and that was the end of that, no further action has been taken. The cushions covers would have been great value if they had both been usable, but as one would appear to be destined for the bin, as the seller seems unaware of consumer rights with faulty goods. Then I have to suggest you only buy this otherwise lovely item if you are prepared to take the hit if any problems arise. Appalling customer service.

Zip wouldn’t pull back very flimsy had to return. All zips in black regardless of cushion colour.Colour of cushion was really nice. Such a shame about zips.

The material is very rough and not soft at all!

I thought these might be a bit thin as the price is so good, but was surprised by the thickness of the covers and softness.

They are beautifully made and lovely material. Have not used them yet as waiting for my fillers to come, but they are going to fit in well with my sofa.
