Heavy and sturdy Lock with high functionality
The lock is pretty good and the app provides good level of functionality, dont have to worry about locking the door when I go outside. Lock was very heavyduty and sturdy. You can add all your family member's fingerprints and generate passcodes. All in all pretty good with great level of functionality. I have not carried the mechanical key given to me once. Only thing that bothered me was that the company didn't got the lock installed by themselves, I had to pay for it separately but then again it is not that big of am issue. All in all nice product.

It's a very good product
The media could not be loaded. It is very nice and useful product. We are using it since two months in my home main door. Easy to install and easy to use. Now we need to carry any physical key. Need not to bother about losing keys. We, all of our family members are very happy after installing this lock. I am very good fan of amici kart products since long.

Convenient lock
I bought this outside of amazon platform but like to comment my view of using it for last 1 year. The lock is very convenient. You can use the Mobile App to Lock/Unlock, Add/Delete finger prints, set bypass time to avoid the difficulty if guests are there etc.... plus it support pass code. The battery lasts near 1 year.The issues are - The capacity sensor is on the handle. The wire got cut since it pass through the handle to the body and keep moving against the metals parts of the handle when handle is pushed up/down. These are Chinese products and not sure about the availability of components in case of failure. The lock size is not universal like other locks in India. Hence if the lock fails, it won't be easy to replace with another from local market. The wood is cut already, not sure the difficulty of a replacement lock in later time.
