Stag (1997)

this movie is awesome and I love it!! this movie was shot at a large house in the suburbs just out new York city. a group of friends is throwing a stag or bachelor party for their friend who will soon be getting married. what starts out as a fun evening quickly goes south for this group of guys. the party gets out of control and the guys are plotting how to get out of this terrible night of mishaps.this film has an awesome cast! such Andrew McCarthy who plays the drug dealer who's on parole. also stars Mario van peebles,kevin Dillon,and ben gazzara just to name a few!! the truly scary thing about this film is that something like this could easily happen in real life!! you may never go to a stag party again after watching this movie!!! I give this movie five stars!!!!

pre-wedding party goes wrong when a bunch of dumb actors are handed stupid dialogues

Excellent, suspenseful, fast moving film that snags you in right from the first five minutes. Great actors performing well in their roles as this creative, unique storyline swiftly unfolds while the excessive heat, both literally and figuratively adds to the mounting tension of possibilities and repercussions as they are discussed by each and every character involved. As the group of 10 (or so) mostly affluent, well respected men become more worked up and stressed out, then they begin to show the rawness of their true colors resulting into chaotic clashes and more tragedy as the film nears the end and the climax. Excellent, unexpected twist at the end. . I would highly recommend this movie.

Good movie good price.Poor quality for a DVD.The picture looks like a VHS .

If you've ever seen Very Bad Things you will like this movie. The two are very similar and although this one isn't as funny as the other, it's still a great watch!

The story line is ok. It just takes to long to develop with several uninteresting spots. Acting was adequate but the timing was off and the script could have used some work.

The producer's imagination is incredible

Movie wasn't as good as i had remembered but the transaction with this seller was great.

A rather unusual thriller which almost feels like a stage play. There is not really alot of action but instead there is some very clever dialogue and , very unusually , it will make you think , basically about how far would you go to save your own skin.

This movie worked well for me.Very suspenseful and good perfomances all round.The only thing that disappointed me was rthe ending,that seemed rushed.The performances from Andrew Mccarthy for example though was top notch.I think this will entertain most adult audiences.
