I was sceptical at first, like, "Seriously? Just add water and this cloth can remove all of your makeup? AND it's reusable?" But I figured I'd give it a shot, since it's made its way onto some lists of products that people swear by, and even if it doesn't work, you get one or two soft facecloths out of the deal.So I bought it, tried it, NOW I'M A BELIEVER! YES! IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!!Couple of notes though:1. Yes, all you have to do is get the cloth wet (warm or cold water, I haven't noticed any difference) and by that, I mean soaking wet, so be aware that you're likely to get a few droplets of water on yourself/dripping down your neck when using it.2. Once you've got the cloth soaking wet, you do have to be quite rough with it in order to actually remove any makeup; if you're just gently stroking or wiping it on your face, then it won't work - get scrubbing!3. That said, be careful - go easy around/underneath the eyes and any other delicate areas.4. The cloth is lovely and soft. When it's dry. That's not to say it isn't soft when you're using it on your face, just a little less so. In fairness, it is supposed to exfoliate the skin, so a rough-ish texture is inevitable. My point is, this applies to both sides of the cloth - even the "remover" side ("Right" side).5. Care. I've found that the cloth cleans very well in the washing machine (I use a 40 degree cycle). I haven't ever tumble dried it, since I find it's not that wet after the cycle, and it air dries to its original soft texture, which is always a plus (provided that you hang it in a warm, dry place, of course).So, all in all, I'm very satisfied with my purchase, and I hope this review helps answer any questions that you might have about it. Seriously - if you're even thinking about buying it at this point, then go for it! It's definitely worth the money - and you won't have to buy so many cotton pads, wool and any other makeup removal products in the long run, making it a more eco-friendly option! Bonus! (That said, maybe keep a couple of them for use around the eyes and any other delicate areas, as mentioned in point 3) And like I said - even if it doesn't remove your makeup, you still get one or two soft exfoliating facecloths out of the deal, so what have you got to lose?

Bought these back in 2020 and they are still in perfect condition to this day. Use them pretty much everyday and they are just amazing. Wash them in the washing machine and they dry so fast. Completely removes my make up in seconds and doesn’t stain regardless how much make up I use! Highly recommend how could you not buy them!

As many were, I was pretty sceptical about this product but was pleasantly surprised! I was most impressed removing heavy eye make up. Wiped over my eyes and the black mascara and eyeliner was picked up by the cloth, not smeared across my face like normal makeup remover pads. Really soft when removing makeup right up to the lash line. The only thing I would say isn't as advertised is that it needs a proper clean (washing machine) after each use really. Or at least after 2 uses if you were to use each side for a separate makeup removal. I suppose it would depend how much of the cloth you have covered in makeup. Trying to clean under the tap doesn't really work. But overall im super impressed and happy with how soft and clean my skin feels afterwards!

These work really well. They are super soft a decent size and very use to clean, just pop them in the washing machine. My makeup comes off with ease just using warm water.

These cloths are brilliant, no more waste, no more dripping water everywhere when I'm washing my face; they dry really quickly and wash up beautifully in a 30 degree wash.Buy them- you won't regret it!

So soft and cleans make up off easily. Machine washed and still stayed just as soft after.

Very effective for removing makeup though they make my eyes really gunky in the morning, unless i really rinse my eyes with water after using the flannel
