I was searching for something unique and different to add to a gift bag I had with a few other things. This fit the bill in so many ways. I ordered the Daughter to Mother one (you are my sunshine). I didn't pay attention to the dimensions as others have written when I bought it so at first I was surprised how small it was (my bad for not noting) but it didn't detract from the value in any way. My mom was in tears when she played this and I think having to manually crank it is nostalgic as it gave her time to read the inscription at the same time. I repackaged it to look really special in a special gift box. I rarely give 5 star reviews but this one is a winner and highly recommended.

Very nice musical box, didnt give it a 5star rating cause i didnt know that you had to keep turning the lever to listen to music i thought it was a windable music box that you can just wind it a few times and would play on its own but not but still my wife loved it still but that would of been a plus.

its just a very cute little thing however I do feel that the price is a little high for what it is. The wood is very thin and I feel like it could very easily be accidentally broken if a slight amount of pressure was applied on it. But still very cute

Not worth the cost at all. It is ridiculously tiny, music box barely works, and the spelling/typing is bad. Apparently the word “for” is now “fan.” It’s just super cheaply made and I will definitely be returning it. Not giftable at all.

This little box has brought such wonderful memories to both of my kids...their grandmother who passed always sang this song to them when they were little. These are very much worth every penny!!! I would have paid a whole lot more for such a wonderful little product!!!

Bought this for my mom for her birthday, she isn't really into music boxes or anything but I thought this was so unique and special that she might like it. She loved it so much she started tearing up and said it was such a cool and special gift. It was smaller than I thought but thats because I'm terrible with measurements so that was on me. Even with it being small, it was a huge hit. Everyone passed it around reading the inscription and making it play while making positive comments about it. 10/10 recommend!

A bit disappointing to find out you have to constantly wind the thing in order to hear it. It’s NOT a wind up that then just plays on its own. Nope! You literally have to wind it yourself thru the entire song to hear it. We got this for our grandmother who sang this to us as a child and she does not have the hands to constantly have to wind thins thing to hear it. So yes to say the least it’s disappointing!!!

Beautiful. As advertised. Sound is great. Hard to tell from image but this is a very small music box. Fits in palm of your hand. The two people I have then to absolutely loved them.

I like the wording on the Music Box for my Girlfriend & the Music, You Are My Sunshine, it would be nice to have a few music selections to choose from & it would also be nice to have the Music Box a little Bit Larger, but for now I will be using it for Valentine's Day, & I do appreciate receiving this item before the estimated date of arrival. It was expected by Feb. 1/21 but I got it on Jan. 25/21.
