Avoid. There are MUCH better alternatives
Don't buy these if you like your sanity. These are not well made. 1) they are rigidly horizontal (unbent) to the point you have to pay attention and feel like you're mis-bending them to get them to give in the finger pressure and bend at the central "hinge." Other brands immediately bend and yet are durable enough to last years. 2) they don't clip in automatically once you pinch them. This is a waste of time and now takes two hands in order to double-check, re-pinch, triple-check. Not fun when you're already stooping down to place them below hip level. 3) there is residual plastic "waste" still attached. This is not only cheap and untidy, but it's actually in the area where the clipping action is so it INTERFERES with the pinch to close action. I LITERALLY (and I mean that) stopped once I went through this 5 times. I'd just used up my clips from last year and opened the bag for this new-to-me brand. I'd clipped 12 or so of the older ones, and stopped to come write this review because I'm already fed up. My wife is going to hit the roof if she thinks she has to do the work of 2-3 clips for every 1 clip, not including cleaning up the plastic residue attached. So I have 200 pcs of garbage. I'm outside my return window, because like most people, I use the old stuff before I use the new stuff. My mistake, but hopefully not yours. Here are the ones I swear by, they're black, not clear, which I think is helpful at the end of the season when you take them down to reuse (would never reuse the brand I'm reviewing): Tomato, Garden, and Vine Clips, 250 Count, Paskal Quick Clips https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XHB7932/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Tommato Clips
Review is skewed due to the fact that my plants are not tall enough to use the clips as of yet. Test on string tied between stakes leads me to believe it will work quite well.Product arrived in promised time. Quantity will be more than sufficient. Easy to apply.Feel that they will work without issue when plants begin to bear tomatoes. The overall 1 star review simply means I have not actually used them for the use designed.Apologize

First time supporting tomatoes this way I was pleasantly surprised at how well these clips worked .

Not as good as other clips
I have gotten these types of clips in the past and liked them. These are very similar but have a couple issues i didn’t encounter with the last batch. First is you need to bend them shut prior to using. The last batch I could just reach in the bag and snap on a clip. These you have to bend and form a little prior to use. The other dislike and most likely related to the first issue is there is extra force because of the hinge action always trying to unlock the clip. So if the clip isn’t fully latch well or if the clip itself has issue it falls off. The first batch I had I didn’t have this problem. All clips stayed on until harvest. This batch I am constantly reapplying loose ones.

Cheap with a poor hinge that won't lock one-handed, and won't grip your trellis string.
Why this was an "Amazon Top Pick" I'll never know (other than the cheap price). First. the hinge is preformed well so you have to individually bend them before trying to use them. The the plastic is so flexible that the clip that is supposed to grab the string to hold up the plant slips. Third, the plastic is so flexible (and the hinge forming so bad) that you cannot lock the clip with one hand. A two hand operation when your trying to hold up a plant to clip is just unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and and spend a few pennies extra per clip as this will save you putting dollar bills in "the cuss jar."

Love these, works great!
I really enjoyed using these. The problem is, I had over 120 tomato plants and needed a bunch of these. I used probably 400 in my garden before I decided to use twine. It was just cheaper. I will reuse these so for that I am thankful!

Works great
Saw these on a gardening video on YouTube. Work great. Love that they’re reusable and simple to work with. Highly recommend. Using on my tomatoes, training cucumbers and beans over an arch.

Do not buy. These do not last for even 1/2 the growing season.
Plastic became brittle. Half way thru the season this year, most ties snapped in 1/2 when I tried to close them. I'll need to replace them with another brand. Love the concept.
