TASTY BUT NOT JAMAICAN JERK SEASONING
Altho this seasoning is very tasty, it is not at all like Jamaican Jerkers. I rubbed the seasoning on chicken wings along with fresh chopped garlic and onions. I baked it in an oven for 1 hour, basting them with barbecue sauce and turning them over midway thru. Yummy!

The best new spices are now in my kitchen
It is wonderful. I love it so much. Very distinct flavors. I do not like cumin and although it is an ingredient it isn’t overpowering. The little can is so pretty and perfect for allowing you to add just the right amount. Great delivery time. Well packaged. Good price.

For years, I've been searching for a jerk seasoning that compares to the seasoning I was given from a coworker that visited St Maarten. This stuff comes pretty close!I use this on ribs and chicken mostly, but it actually makes great popcorn seasoning too!
