Calming for nervous system
I use this to calm my nervous system and it works wonders.I just place it on my lap against my stomach and groin area, with my legs bent on a poof and lay back. It really calms me down.I also use it on conjunction with Perry Nickeltson 'Big 6' lymph drain, to clear my puffiness, water retention and stiffness. It's a free video on YouTube and I have absolutely zero association with Perry or his Company. He has just really helped my health after watching his Instagram and TikTok videos.The first one I ordered was faulty and didn't hold it's charge longer than a couple of hours.The replacement holds the charge for days and weeks on end.It's pricey but absolutely worth it.

I'm a big fan of triggerpoint. I was on the market for some therapeutic massaging tool and toyed with the idea of buying a massage gun. I thought they were expensive and somewhat dangerous in the wrong hands as they are quite powerful tools.I got this instead and it is a fantastic product. If you used foam rollers or a peanut ball before, it just take it to a whole new level. Real improvement in terms of relaxation and massaging in a safe product that won't damage muscle and tissue. It feels like a very well made product that hopefully will last for years

DESIGNED DIFFERENCE:- with pinching foot action
My experiences of using this vibrating foot massager roller are based on use of the early manual foot rollers of many: spiky one, roll-shaped ones, curved and raised edged ones to affect mid-foot based muscles to ease stiffness and pain! i also use percussion massage gun to do the same:- Always getting more pressure on these set group of muscles on the feet-foot!This brand(trigger point) i have known to suit my therapy sessions i treat myself, learnt over the months and years having plantar fascis!this model compared to others has ALOT of torque when set in motion, it is a tool designed for such as plantar fascis and other issues with tired muscles! Vibration with this tool is Better than a percussion gun!The rock n roll action is designed to pinch the foot as the two roll: edge curved narrows n pinches to add-value NO other copy-cat foot roller is designed this way! the vibration from this tool DOES PENETRATE the muscles and affects the relief whilst massaging foot in a kneading pinching action!!!Note:- This unit should come with the recommended charger:- it is manufacturer specific, for first/charge than maimtenance charge to ptolong use for 10 mins episode sessions , using this unit, all past experiences will come to light how best to get the desired effect n therapy! i brought 2 units of this tool to work on the recommended groups of muscles linking to the leg:- foot-feet at the same time to maxismised therapy session and down time of tool when a re:- charge is required, blood citculation does improved using this strategy with varying methods applied to muscle vibration!one charge can stretch to 3-4 episodes of treatment: enough to work-out your therapy!HOLDING the unit tool also is a useful therapy variation to tone up muscle groups n boost circulation, blood circulation! its effective with calf muscles groups, and top of knee muscles, quads:- The vibration ( strong torque) from this unit tool is strong and deep into muscles, whrn applied correctly! Other foot roller cannot be compared with experuences using this tool! it is addictive one you know how to get the best from this tool!i am motivated to do more after each episode with foot elevated, standing, sitting with solid ball under based of foot in a circular motion!i am NOT paid for this review but hope my encouragement has added fuel to want to try-out this tool! This tool works very well for me and with a good physio therapist guidance on body anatomy you will get full benefit from your sessions massaging your legs, wrist, hands, arms, legs!This unit comes with a euro:looking plug ( DOWN SIDES :- ), you will need a NEW UK-type A to UK 3 pin plug adaptor ( shaver adaptor plug) to connect together to charge this tool, it is technically specific to this unit, there are no-mention in instruction set or technical specification what the spec id. it is hard-to-want to know for a replacement charger! charge 4-fours first charge then top up as required!Important to stick to charger supplied because the specification is not plug-in any charger as it id technically very narrow for a replacement charge to fit! Charger instructions?
Hi, can someone please tell me how I’m supposed to change the plug into the English one? The plug i have at the moment doesn’t turn round and come off for me to replace any of the other attachments. Thank you people.

Place the massage roller on the target muscle, slowly roll back and forth with moderate pressure, following the contours of the muscle. Repeat for each muscle that is painful or strained. Do not use on irritated bones, joints or skin areas.
