It is not a very good product as the hook is made of plastic. The front part should be of metal, steel or aluminium, for smooth movement. There is a lot of friction and wrking is very difficult.

but the sizes given here 2.75 mm , 3.00 mm , 3.25mm , 3.75 mm , 4.00 mm NEVER ARRIVE - they always send 2.0 mm , 2.5 mm , 3.0mm , 3.5 mm , 4.00 mm !
