I was worried after reviews of others saying damaged in shipping, but mine arrived in good condition. I will say the box was in pretty rough shape, had fist size holes in it, and Styrofoam inside was all busted up, but the glass was safe. You would think they would double box this, but it was just in a single box, and not much padding.As for the door itself I feel it's nice quality, we like it in our new bath!

The first package was returned to the seller by the trucking company because the package was damaged, so Amazon issued me a refund. I then contacted the seller and ordered another one. This time the package was still somewhat damaged and looked like the trucking company threw it off the truck. So I took a chance and opened the box. The only thing damaged was the one door was chipped on the edge as you can see in the pictures I have. I had a carpenter who installs alot of shower doors install it. He said that it was one of the hardest to install that he has seen. All in all I really like the look of the shower door, the door that moves glides very easy and the door seems to stay pretty clean even after a weeks worth of showers. I suggest putting rainX on the doors as this will help them to stay clean.

This was the 2nd shower door install that my partner and I have done. I couldn't believe 20+ pages of instructions could be so unhelpful. Each page has mediocre photos and some tips but it doesn't say what the actual step or the point of the step is. Spanish instructions would be nice too. We looked on the internet for a video but none. I'm not a big conspiracist but I thought maybe this is to keep professional installers in business? If not then Dreamline, please put installation videos on YouTube. In the end I'm pretty sure we installed ours upside down based on which side we wanted it to open because we had to make our own holes for the glass clips. Also it doesn't seem very sturdy; the stationary glass panel is easy to move/shake because it relies on caulking more than fasteners to secure it.

This shower door is great. Looks beautiful, and for the price you can't beat it. Install was a little tricky, but take your time and follow directions and it's easy enough. I did 90% myself, and only needed a second set of hands when maneuvering the completed frame and glass into position. Of course you have to do this twice, once to line it up and mark the holes, and again when the holes are drilled. It looks great, works perfect. My only negative comment was with shipping, whether it was Amazon or UPS, my package was broken twice, both times I got a UPS notification that it was "undeliverable" due to damage and was returned before I ever saw the box. After ordering it twice with issues, I ended up buying it from the big box HD. Very happy with this shower door.

Great door - amazing customer service.We looked at a lot of doors for our BR remodel before going with this one. It looks great. It is sturdy. The opening action is smooth. It was easy to install.Customer service is awesome. Our son slammed the door and broke one of the rollers. They sent us several replacements, quickly and amiably.ConsIt will get the soap scum. If you are doing a BR, just be aware you will probably have to deal with soap scum or hard water stains. Textured glass would probably hide it better.Only one side opens, so keep in mind where your shower head is in relation to where the opening is.

tried to find a part with the company to replace the plastic part where the upper wheel goes. it even reads on the installation manual, "do not use power screwdriver"- probably because the piece that surrounds the screw is cheap plastic. mine actually cracked after 3 years of having the doors. Needless to say the door fell on me while I was showering. would love to replace the parts, but there is no place within the website for dreamlike or their manuals to order replacement parts. pretty doors- just not the best quality

Great quality for the price. Easy to install if you follow the instructions. I like the top and bottom rollers that keep the door in the tracks, so the door does not come out of the track like in the Delta system I had just installed and had to replace because of a shattered door for the second time. This is a much better system and my walls were out off plum by more than an inch and this system can handle that. Nice to have a small knob on the shower side of the handle. That make it easy to slide the door from the inside. Delivered on time, no damage and beware it is a heavy package but when open, each door in a bit heavy but I managed on my own ( but I'm pretty strong guy and very careful) .

Not bad for the price but its cheap for a reason. The glass is thin compared to ones at lowes and bow if you press on them unlike higher priced doors. Door is also pretty noisy when its opened or closed. Not bad overall for the price.

Arrived faster than expected, delivery to door. Was easy to install. All parts included and looks fantastic. The door needs regular cleaning, like all others. This was a great buy!!
