Back Stretcher Improves Posture and helps relieves pain and gives greater flexibility (Purple)

I have had this for a couple of months so able to review it after a decent time period.Before I bought this I had chronic lower back pain for years and had been in constant pain for a few months before Xmas.I bought this not expecting much at such a low price and a simple design, how wrong was I, after struggling for a few days at the lowest height setting and just able to use it for 5 mins I can lie at the highest height for as long as I want and my back pain has gone. I use it whilst sitting at work chair or watching TV.My back feels stronger, no longer in pain exercising, cycling, lying in bed or rising in the morning which was torture.If you suffer from lower back pain I definitely recommend this, it will be painful to use and get up from the floor at first but it will make a huge difference.Such a simple design , what a life changer.

This helps with back pain and also helps you relax. You can really feel it working! Excellent quality for the price too.

It looks good but I'm really struggling to put it together. You need a lot of strength to do this and I don't have any.Sadly I'll have to return it.

This item was an impulse buy. I have used it a few times and I have to say I was really light headed after. I personally like it. It does look like it can’t handle the weight bit I’m in the middle. I don’t think it’s strong enough for very heavy people though? It is made of plastic. Bit I bought this with a one o holding thing and together they work well. I need to use it more.

Bought for my wife who has back problems. She was so pleased she brought one for our son.

This really helped with my back pain. My job puts a lot of stress on my back and this felt like it released everything! Makes back stretching that little bit easier!

This is excellent! I was sceptical but I thought I’d try it as I’m a nurse and am starting to suffer from back pain. I use this for 5 minutes a day and it not only reduces the pain but it also makes me extremely relaxed and comfortable

Apparaat netjes in een doos ontvangen en eerder dan aangegeven. Stevig apparaat en het voelt goed aan. Kussentje op het harde is fijn. Heb eerder zonder dit gehad en dit ligt beter.
