I'm never hungry in the mornings - used to grab a Stoats bar around 11am, but soon realised they were *full* of sugar - the 'bad' kind. Was looking for something 'healthier', natural and tasty. Wanted to try all three flavours before leaving a review and I have to say these are SO GREAT. They taste wonderful. My favourite is probably the salted caramel, which has the perfect hint of salt - but I'd rather keep a variety in stock so I don't get bored. The coconut is pretty subtle, and the chocolate one not too sweet, but just enough of a hint of cocoa. I could probably make them myself because there are only a few ingredients, but have no time and can't be bothered! This team of two do it perfectly. People may say they're expensive, but you honestly get what you pay for. At 15 to a box, they work out at £1.40 per bar. These taste quality. I liked the texture - a little chewy, but not flaky or chalky. They're slightly oily/greasy to the touch - that's not a bad thing, and way better than being all dried up, it's because of the nut oils, but something to just be aware of - maybe try to eat them while they're still in the wrapper?I have never followed a 'keto diet', although I will be trying to reduce my carb intake overall - these will definitely help with that. I will probably keep ordering - discounts for loyalty would be a nice touch?! - and have them as my dessert option instead of the rubbish I've been snaffling recently. The box of 15 came with a 'best before' date of Aug 2021, which was good to see.It's wonderful to be able to support small businesses at this time. They're doing a great job. High quality. No rubbish. Do yourselves a tasty healthy favour - and TREAT YOSELF! :)

Bought the mixed box to see if one in particular stood out for me.All bars have good texture and the portion size is good for a snack bar. However:Salted Caramel:Slightly salty, mainly flavourless, no real caramel flavour.Choc Sea Salt:Slight plain/natural cocoa flavour, not salty, slight not-so-nice aftertaste.Classic Coconut:Smell of coconut, mainly flavourless desiccated coconut texture/presence. Not very nice taste/aftertaste. Did not even finish bar!Cherry Bakewell:No flavour at all, threw out after two bites!!!All bars had a 'smell' of what was on the label but no character of any kind. Used to make my own bars at home and will, if I bother, do so again.PS:Shame that the latest reviews are not show on the product page as most current reviews are not good as far as I can see.Would not buy again under any circumstances!

Been looking for a good Keto bar for months; I like the "Ketone Bars" , but they're pricey. Which is actually OK, they're so rich it takes a month to get through a box, anyway. I just wanted one to eat as meal replacement, as I sometimes go quite a while without having a proper meal. But I find most to be dry or devoid of flavour or just too sickly sweet. And I really loathe the "erythritol effect". I'm a super-picky eater. Annoyingly fussy and fickle. I admit it. So, based on the reviews, I decided to try this brand. Couldn't really decide on a flavour, so got the mixed box. Price is right, too. Bars are small, but suit me just fine; I find others too big.So here's my personal take on the flavours: Tried coconut first, as it was the first I'd grabbed. Honestly, I find too much coconut flavour in Keto products. It's everywhere. For good reason, of course, given the Mct factor, the vegan factor, the carb factor, etc. But it's in places it just does not belong, in my opinion. It used to be a favourite for me. Now, not so much.Took a bite, and I was in heaven. It is wonderful. Taste and texture spot on. Tried the chocolate one second. For me...meh. It was quite flavourless, but I'm not a big fan of chocolate, so it could just be me. I didn't enjoy the texture this time either, which could lend itself again to simply not belonging together (IMHO). Unlike the coconut cashew. The taste and texture paired well. Lastly, the salted caramel. I love caramel. Butterscotch. Toffee. Rum raisin. These are all closely related for me; these are my "chocolate", as I understand it is for other people. Ask any ten people "chocolate or vanilla?", probably nine say chocolate. I'm the tenth. 😆 So, I had high expectations for the salted caramel bar. Unfortunately, I didn't love it. It was fine, nothing to really dislike. The flavour just wasn't really there for me. And neither the texture you expect with caramel. So, for the last time, it may be down to my own infernal taste buds. Although they do taste lightly of peanut butter. If that's your thing, you'll like them. And the texture fits. Maybe change the recipe or flavour name?I don't want to down-rate based on something I know is a flaw in my own genetic make-up. So four stars, because the coconut is so gorgeous. From now on, I'll get just those. And it'll be five stars. 😉

Been a week into a low carb/intermittant fasting diet for three of us. We were previously big oat bar fans (including belvita/naked etc.) for breakfast but that's now out... Wanted to find something to have that would give us the same effect and these bars are great.Read as many reviews of different types of bar and dragged through the ingredients etc. and these looked good so bought a mixed box. We have each had one of each flavour so far and like them all. The taste is generally peanut with a subtle addition according to the flavour - and the taste in the mouth and aftertaste are both nice. We liked the texture and the density of the bar - for a small format bar they are very highly pressed so actually do give you a good mouthful to chew on each time - take small bites and make it last.We did not experience any negatives - no bad aftertaste, not oily/flaky/powdery, quite filling (although I would love eat more than one at each sitting at present :). Don't be surprised that the flavouring is gentle - I gather it is hard to make it strongly flavoured without whacking up the sugar/carbs.Price-wise, these are not cheap but they are competative compared to the wider 'low-card' industry.Highly recommended.
