Fabulous Globe
This looks expensive and is simply stunning, especially when illuminated. Fabulous colour, much more attractive than the blue globes. Brilliantly packaged and easy to assemble.

Very good and a fraction of the high street price
After ordering a globe for my daughter from Fenwicks - only to be let down with a cancelation of the order 4 days before Xmas - I ooked at amazon for a solution.This globe looks identical; is very strudy in nature and looks exactly the same as the fenwick item although cost less than half of the price!I am very happy with both the qulaity and look of the item - with the added bonus of spending less than expected. Also, Amazon delivered next day preventing a disappointed daughther on xmas day.

Frame colour differs from product images
The frame isnt exactly as pictured in the product images. Was expecting a tarnished brass finish , and instead got a sparkly gold finish as shown. Otherwise the product is okay.

Meh. Get a different one.
GOOD- light works- looks OK with the light off from a distance.BAD- does not spin freely, lot of resistance from plastic on plastic spindle.- Price, ridiculous for this level of quality £69- the equatorial seem is double thickness which creates a dark line when the light is on, any names are unreadable under it. Looks terrible with the light on.- feels cheap.
