4T/5T (L) was very big on my daughter. A 5T in all the brands we frequent (gap, old navy, target, walmart) is a perfect fit on her right now.However, given the type of material and that it doesn't fray, I just trimmed a couple inches from the bottom, folded the sleeves, and it was a perfect fit. Looked adorable.Only one layer. Material is similar to a thick, good quality poncho, but with buttons and cute details. Great for keeping dry in warmer/slightly cool weather. Probably a bit too warm for summer, and definitely not for cold temperatures.The overall look is very cute and the price is pretty good for the quality. A nice touch was that it came with a small matching yellow tote bag for storage.

So you get what you pay for woth this. I actually bought this as decor for a Halloween party which is about all it should be used for. It’s super cheaply made and has a chemical fish smell. I definitely wouldn’t put it on a child!

Very flimsy. The first button broke the first time I took it off. It literally ripped the whole jacket. It was cute, but I was worried the rest of the buttons would rip the rest of the jacket. It's thinner than paper, its more like a poncho than a jacket. For the price there are way better options out there.

This raincoat has horrible quality very cheap. It also runs very small. I have a teeny petite daughter and got her an xxlarge and it fit a little too small.

I bought this for my seven year old niece as part of her halloween costume. It fit well. Very thin material but nice bright color and the bow is a cute touch.

Coat had a fishy smell to it. After a few fabreeze spray downs it was ok.

It's adorable and my 3 yr old granddaughter loves it, as she loves to splash in puddles. But I expected it to be like an old fashioned rubber raincoat. It's extremely thin, and feels cheap.

I definitely should have read the reviews! Thankfully this is likely to only be worn once (Halloween), but for the cost I was definitely hoping she’d be able wear it through the rainy season but it is mis-sized, very thin and cheaply made and smells AWFUL!
