No complaints.
The capsules are small. I wish the brand made some in smaller doses, but I'm making do with taking it every other day. It's the first time I've taken a Zinc supplement, and I don't taste any metallic stuff (which I was told I would). I just make sure to take it right after eating breakfast, or soon after.

This dose was a bit high for me so I just empty it halfway. The 50mg makes me angry and short fused. 25 is fine
