I am so happy I found this product! It arrived in perfect condition, a small sticker over the top/opening indicated that it is unused and it was also packed in a plastic bag. So I am very pleased with the seller. I used it only once so far. The shampoo gives a little lather, it is thin when it comes out of the bottle so be careful with that. I loved the feel and texture of my hair after I used it, and hopefully it will benefit the health and growth of my hair. I am shedding a lot of hair, so I was looking for a natural remedy to address that and that's why I decided to give this a try. I am big believer in natural products, and this company is highly recommended. I tried a lot of different products, it is a hit or miss and personal preference. I really like this shampoo, is has a nice herbal scent but not overpowering. I will definitely use it regularly, and I will try other products made by North American Herb & Spice.

It smells good... It's a bit watery so it pours out kinda fast. I feel like it helps my Scalp

Basically, i don't have a scalp condition that would require me using this shampoo every day but I had beenusing the original version of this shampoo for a few years and liked it...This product seems very similar. Once a week, I wash my hair with this shampoo, using it clarifier to remove any buildup of hair products....It works wonderfully well and puts the bounce back in my hair...It's not as drying as the original formula was.

I’m sure there are people who can use this product as their shampoo exclusively. The smell is really nice & the feel is luxurious. However, it’s like putting conditioner only on your hair. There is no lather, but it was likely intended that way.I’ve been using it as a scalp treatment a few times a week, leaving it on the 3-5min minimum as recommended & following up with a rice shampoo bar.I would recommend this product to people who can use something that likely does well but doesn’t lather.

Love this shampoo. Has helped with hair shedding. I am sensitive to smell and I love the smell.

Since the formula changed the shampoo now makes my hair feel like cotton, difficult to manage, and my scalp builds up sebum just as quickly as other shampoos which was the reason I was willing to pay a high price to keep my scalp in balance. Very disappointed for the change in formula.

I love this shampoo so much! Im on my second bottle. It smells good and feels good to my scalp.

This shampoo works for me as an occasional shampoo both because of the amount that it requires for me to wash my thick hair and because it creates build-up if used too much. I was disappointed at the manufacturer's decision to add fragrance to it that I find highly unpleasant. It's a natural product with smells of almond and cherry -- added, I would guess -- to cover up the smell of the many herbs that are already in the formula. I know the fragrance is artificial because it's so persistent and heavy smelling. Scents from natural ingredients would wear off quickly. Two stars off for that.
