The price (£16) makes it five star
I’m a tea drinker. I use tea bags not loose tea. Yes I do have the occasional coffee but I have 5 or 6 cups of tea each day. So a good tea pot is important. My old tea pot had given long service but the knob on the lid had un-threaded, so I investigated replacements. During lock-down I was unable to ‘shop around’ except on line. I’d shortlisted 4 teapots and then Amazon came through with an offer on this one. It’s well made, medium weight, and pours without dribbling. Some reviews mention the lid hinge is loose but mine is very acceptable. The handle does get hot under a tea cosy but unless you go for wood or plastic that’s going to happen.So while not the best teapot money can buy this one is good quality and great value for money.The 35 oz teapot is good for 3 large mugs of tea.
