Be cautious
Product arrived with security seals having been opened and resealed. When trying to charge the battery the very first time warning lights for a defective battery came on. Never even got to use the tooI and it had to be replaced. Thankfully Amazon stands behind JCB's batteries, because JCB excludes them from warranty.

Good hammer/drill for the money
I needed an affordable hammer drill to drill mounting holes in concrete cinder block. This hammer/drill works well for my needs. Seems to be well made and I had no issues so far. This is my first hammer drill, so a name brand may have a harder hammer impact action, but this worked well.
