This is 3rd baking tray that have brought so now have two small ones and the big ones. They are just fab, to clean just needs bit of hot water, small drop of washing liquid and its crystal clean, food just lifts off really easily. will never go back to old cheaper ones. Delivery was really quick and came a week earlier than was given when ordered.

I often used full A4 sized trays just to cook 6 nuggets or a single burger. This little tray has been a much better way of cooking quicker, and separating meat from veggie stuff. They clean really easily in the dishwasher or by hand.And the little indentations separate the oil from the food making it slightly more healthier than a flat tray.

This is a well mage little baking tray that does exactly what it is supposed.

The fit perfectly in the over, are true non-stick, seem ok so far in terms of dishwasher damage.They're reassuringly heavy, have a great handle on one end to make oven loading/unloading easy.I got 4 of them to put in different dishes that need different cooking times, so they are perfect. The heavy gauge steel keeps the food hot that has been taken out before other dishes are ready.Can't fault them initially. Lets see how they hold up in the long term as other have reported rust under the rolled over rims as they say 'carbon steel' vs. 'stainless steel' on the description so I'm expecting rust as others have reported.

I previously had a copper coloured Master Class version of this which has given me excellent service for quite some time now. It was very easy to clean, with any baked on food where necessary responding to a good soak and scrub, leaving no damage to the surface. Otherwise food traces would pretty well simply wipe off using warm dishwasher fluid and water with a cloth or brush. Food cooked very well and I am sure that the dimpled surface of the tray helps, as well as being quite attractive.I was so sad when I could not buy another copper version, but am so pleased that this grey coloured version is now available, promising to be every bit as good as my previous one.I don't always need to use a full sized baking tray and so these are such a useful size, also with more than one, I am now able to cook different items, needing different cooking requirements, very easily.
