Self adhesive sealing tape
Waterproof self sealing tape which is excellent for roof repairs, in my case i ordered it for repair of my shed, i have a big hole in the roof due to a big wind which broked one of the tree and it fall on the shed, I had chosen the wider tape size to cover a bigger place and to be sure that the water will not get there and my roof will not give any leaks. It is very easy to use, you can cut it for any shapes you need, so far it works, i hope it will last long, delivery was fast and well packed

Sticky and versatile.
This tape can be ordered in a number of different widths which is useful for different jobs. This is a review of the 300mm X 5M tape I ordered to seal some edges for my shed.It is supplied loose and wrapped in plastic. The tape is quite thick and very sticky. You have you be careful not to crease it with the wider widths but once in place it provides a good seal. I will update this review if there are any issues in the long term but so far this has provided an effective repair.

A lot of waste
Difficult to use and what I thought was a good way of repairing a Wendy House roof has turned into an expensive project. The product catches easily when pealing the backing or just moving it and is impossible to straighten, my son and I had a tug of war and still it wouldn't smooth out. I had around 50% wastage and instead of a completed roof only have half done. Not impressed

works well if you clean the surface first
I have used this product to repair a leak in my drain pipe that was causing some annoying dripping in the garden. I cleaned down the affected area removing all the built up dirt and then applied this around the joint. So far after a couple of weeks of being used this tape has kept things water tight.Applying can be a bit fiddly as you want things flat and smooth, take your time and it works very well. This product also works much better if you keep it at room temperature before use, everything is much more pliable when warm.I am happy to recommend this product for DIY repairs. please hit the helpful tab if my findings were of use to you.

Sturdy Stuff!
No wonder this is used for broken guttering, roof membranes and the like! It's brilliant! Put this over a glass and sat it outside, when there was some pretty turbulent weather; pouring rain and even the outer edges of a storm. The tape sealant was completely fine - no traces of damage, let alone water getting in. I have absolutely no doubt that this stuff really is fully weatherproof, and would last for a decade at least. You get a lot for your money, it's easy to apply and really very thick. Quality stuff. And also something useful and versatile wherever you live. Never know when you'll need something like this.

Very versatile tape
This butyl tape is very versatile and very easy to use. Just need to clean and dry the surface and stick it on. It is perfect for patching up holds in your waterproof membranes or holes in plastic gutters. It can even patch up plastic water butts. Just need to be aware that if it is used in the cold winter, make sure the butyl tape is stored at room temperature and not colder than 5 degree or else it will be stiff and may not stick properly.
