This was the perfect gift for my husband. He loves cooking, but has a hard time when he wears conventional thick, terry oven mitts. There's just not long enough length on the mitts to protect his hands/arms further than his wrists. And, he tends to spill liquids onto the mitts, due to moving quickly from the oven to the counter because of the heat of the oven and pan combined, and conventional oven mitts tend to be too cumbersome.He loves these mitts. They protect his hands/arms, and are very flexible and easy for him to grip handles with confidence.We love them so much, I got a pair for our son- an avid cook- for the holidays!

Love this set. Goes with my decor and works perfectly for dealing with hot pots and baking dishes. The rubber holders and rubber parts of the mittens can be washed clean easily.
