My only complaint is I have not found a place to put it at the right height where its comfortable to use. It does work great.

We love the product but we’ve been through a few already. The heater burns out after a few months. Great product to use before shaving. I wish it didn’t always dud out. It’s junky but when it works it’s great.

The machine works really good. I really love it. Only one thing is the mirror which is not clearly. That looks so weird. But anyway I love them. Good prices too.

Works as expected

I gave the facial steamer four stars because I just received it today and have not used it yet. First impressions are great though. It came nicely packaged, everything was clean and wrapped beautifully. It came with a card for a one year extended warranty from the company which I was not expecting, so I like that. The steamer itself seems to be nice quality. The inner basket is a nice size for herbs and oils and such. There is a hot steam and a cool mist option. Also, I purchased this one specifically because it has the UV light which I believe is especially important when you’re putting some thing, even water, on your face. At this level it is important to have this steam as pure and clean as possible. If there is no particulate matter it makes it easier to be absorbed through and into your skin and makes me feel comfortable that if there was leftover water somewhere on the inner tubing any bacteria that was in their would be killed by the UV light on it’s way out.As for the rest of the add ins specified in the product description, it did come with a set of five facial tools. They are in a nice case and are decently heavy/balanced in my hand. Once again though, I have not used them yet. It also came with a nice headband. Surprisingly it’s very thick and fluffy and fits great. I can’t wait to use everything!So I will update and change appropriately the rating/review after I use these products this evening. As of now I am very happy and excited to Do you my at home seashell this evening.
