I've honestly tried every nose spray to man ... this is the best one ... I use it every morning and night no need to use it more unless needed but it's great clears the nose without that awful back of the throat taste which is bad, has been my savior from hayfever this year bless the maker for this product, yes it's small but lasts just as long as the big ones, I buy on here to be honest because it's cheaper and really fast delivery I hope this comment will help others to at least give it a go you won't be disappointed in my opinion.

I've suffered with issues with breathing through my nose for ages, addicted to vicks sinex. This stuff works wonders and I can breathe without the oxymetazoline!Only thing is, it's expensive and it's a silly sized miniature glass bottle. To add insult to injury it's only half full, if that!

The media could not be loaded. This is the only spray that helps with my hay fever symptoms. However this was only filled half way. Other sprays are filled to the top. I’m not sure if this is a problem on their end.

Needed a steroid spray to heal around a surgical wound and any hay-fever steroid will do but this will only spray upward so is awkward. Sure it's great up noses as its intended

Very effective symptom control if used with a good anti histamine tablet too. I have severe hayfever and beconase just wasn't quite giving full control over symptoms. Benacort effectively masks my symptoms in even the heaviest pollen forecast days. Unfortunately, when buying from amazon the first time, the product arrived damaged and apparently pre used. This is incredibly dangerous and disappointing from someone like amazon who we should be able to trust. They have fixed the issue and offered a replacement but I will not trust them again for pharmacy items.
