Q: Just received this today. Why is the wire loose on my cake leveler?

It's so easy to fix within seconds to use. For your convenience we are sharing some steps please follow them. • First remove the white button from the cake leveler then pull out the wire. • Stretch the end of the cake leveler to make it wider. • Put the wire again in any notch of the cake leveler in such a way that wire is tightened properly. • Put the white button in its place. • Now cake leveler is in perfect shape, ready to use.

Q: What is the size of the turn table

It's about 12 inches across the middle. I have frosted 10" cakes on it. It works very well and has a nice base so that it does not slide across the counter top, This kit was well worth the money. Lots of items that work very well.
