Dead on Arrival
My expectations were low but my grand daughter wanted a unicorn toy so I ordered this. I charged the toy for about an hour. Nothing happened when I flipped the switch to ON from OFF. Nothing. So this turned out to be a dumb plastic toy instead of a robo unicorn that did things interactively. Did not bother returning considering how difficult Amazon has made the return process. The last couple of returns I made never got refunded -- so did not even bother. Just tossed the toy into the trash. My Amazon order history has decreased exponentially in recent years and people should pay heed to what is going on.
