This bed arrives as 2 parcels if ordering with the trundle. Easy to put together and looks great when put up. The seller responds to questions fast and gives any information you need. It arrived well before the date given. It seems very sturdy and exactly as the description. My Grandson loves it. I would recommend this bed and this company, well done to you.

This takes a lot of making . Mostly comes in individual poles and probably needs two people as it's tricky to line up all the poles alone. Some of the poles were scratched with paint missing but I couldn't be bothered sending it back when I'd made most of it .

Very sturdy, we bought 2. look lovely in both my teenage daughters bedrooms. During the day lots of cushions and become somewhere they can relax and enjoy.Good value for money.Came alot earlier than expected,ready for our new house.

Great bed

Arrived very promptly, quicker than expected which was great. Really sturdy bed, was missing the little spanner required to tighten the wheels but apart from that really pleased with our purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  PROS: very easy to install, it was only me doing it and it took me 1 hour to assemble the main bed structure and half an hour for the extra bed/trundle. Also the pieces were safely packaged and they includes some extra screws if needed. The seller would reply quickly to my enquiries, very polite. But unfortunately has limited access to the chosen courier tracking information, so they cannot estimate a more precise delivery day/time so be ready to spend a few days home waiting for the parcel .CONS: it is very fragile, can only suit small kid's weight if you include the matress, not for adults. I have bought it for my extra room to be used for guests, but i will need to re inforce it with some extra support. I have only lightly sat on it and it was not sturdy, so it cannot be used as a day sofa by adults. I will buy some supporting legs and other stuff to make it stronger. So this should be advertised as small KID day bed as i cannot imagine an energetic kid heavier than 40 kilos, jumping on it.... THE courier choice, as of todays date , is Hermes/EVRI and they are notorious for bad communicationa nd customer service. I was expecting the 2 heavy packages to be delivered when i was planning to stay home from work, instead, without even a morning communication/email or any updates in Amazon App .. suddenly i returned back home from work late night and i found the 2 heavy parcels left unattended at the entrance hall of a large building... I had to take them myself to my apartment and the seller, yes they apologised , but if they keep using the same courier, you might have the same experience . So be carefull and only decide to use their courier if you are home everyday as they will suprise you!

Didn't expect item to have been previously used and to see that it has scratches and marks on it!!!!
