The sound quality is OK but:1. I can't turn off the RGB light and it drives me crazy - got defective product.2. The mute button doesn't really work on a Webex call, which caused an awkward moment.3. It makes thus product default on speaker preferences and I can't hear anything on my computer unless I change this setting every time I'm on a call.

The product is what u will get for the price u pay. the mic is a little muffled but it’s ways around that so I’m not worried. The stand is a little fragile so be careful with tightening the screws on it but in all it’s a start. You can always upgrade down the road but it was worth it for me when recording

The media could not be loaded.  This product worked amazing the first day just plugged into my mac book. I was over the moon happy with the purchase and product. then the next day I got the type c adapter so I could plug this mic into my iPhone and the quality immediately was horrible. there was a distinct ringing and it was much quieter. this continued even when I plugged it back into my mac thinking, well it will forsake work on this, and it didn't.I came back on amazon because the manual says i can get in contact with them though "their amazon mailbox" which is nonexistent. So great company people please tell me what to do to fix this. I don't want to spend more time sending this back and looking into a different product. Thanks.Note: I have checked all of the cords, moved rooms to check and see if it was the space i was in, cleaned my outlets, and rebooted my computer.I have put in a video of how it sounds now.

I was looking for a microphone, so I can use to make my own videos. This one came well packaged and it took about three minutes to set up on the desk. The instruction booklet also informs you how to set it up on your computer if you don’t know how. It is really convenient that there are knobs for the volume and to change the level of echo along with a headphone jack and mute button on the microphone itself. I think the quality of my recordings came out really good and it is also very sensitive also. It was definitely worth the price!

I am using this microphone as a part of my interview step, and it is working pretty well. Although it is marked as gaming product, I had no problem using it in a formal meetings. Good sound quality overall

The microphone can be used for batle royal games and also to record the voice for a podcast. I liked the colors and the base is metal. I recommend it for a table and the usb cable is of good material.

For the price this mic exceeded my expectations! I love the clip attachment that I was able to mount onto my desk. The sound quality is great and it is super easy to setup! Worked great for work and recording audio, and the extra attachments are great for specific types of recording. I would 100% recommend this mic to anyone! Such a good product, would definitely buy again.

This microphone is a blessing for new streamers and it a great price. Sound is amazing and the noise cancellation feture work perfect. The mute button is perfect to have and use for easy mute. I would buy the microphone again and I definitely tell my friends.
