Great Protein Drink
My daughter lost a ton of weight, had some health issues, and needed to put some weight back on. She has tried several shake-like drinks and never cared for the flavor until we found Boost! She loves these! She has one every morning, with breakfast, and one at night. I will have one occasionally as a meal replacement. They are not advertised as meal replacements but they are perfect for me. They are chock full of vitamins, minerals, and protein! Plus you feel like you're getting a treat! I pour mine over ice.We are going to try the Cinnabon flavor next.
