Great sustain pedal!
I found an old Yamaha keyboard at the thrift store for an amazing price and had to get it. My issue was the lack of cords and the most important one, a sustain pedal. So I searched for an affordable pedal I could connect to this keyboard, hoping it wasn't too old. This sustain pedal works great! It is super easy to set up and it plugged into my keyboard! I've had it for some time now and I haven't had any issues. It is also not hard to press, I know some I've used in the past were too stiff but this one works just fine. Recommend! I thought I would also mention it has it's own on and off switch and I accidentally bumped it one time and didn't realize so I thought it was broken but it was just off, just in case anyone else runs into the same problem!

Reliable!
I’ve purchased two of these throughout the past couple years. I’ve multiple piano’s and prefer Casio electronic pianos over other brands, although I’ve also owned several from Yamaha, the sustain pedal for Yamaha was substantially higher in price although you get the exact same value. These pedals are perfect and reliable sustain for Casio’s.Thank you for being honest and reliable!

IT WORKS AS ADVERTISED
The Aodsk Sustain Pedal has a polarity switch, so it can be used as a sustain pedal with any brand of electronic keyboard. I bought this to use as a foot switch (not for sustain). It would work just fine as a sustain pedal as well, though. It can also be used for other switching purposes. I am using it to change Leslie rotor speed. I wanted this pedal because it does not have a 'half damper' function. 'Half damper' pedals imitate the effect heard with acoustic damper pedals as they are applied and released. 'Half damper' pedals have a 1/4" TRS plug. The Aodsk Sustain Pedal has a 1/4" TS plug, and it works perfectly for my application. The 'half damper' pedal did not work well for me.
