Good book

Formatting is terrible. Pages 146 to 238 is the list of DRG's. Entire book is double spaced. Waste of money.

I appreciate this author for taking out the time to simplify CDI. Unfortunately, CDI as an industry is turning more into a cash grab as evidenced by the lack of integrity of the major organizations that give CDI credentials. There is plenty overpriced study material, and AHIMA in particular has the worst CDI (CDIP) exam prep material. It appears that AHIMA is more committed to taking ppl's money than helping to build up CDI workforce. Im almost 50% through this book. I actually found it refreshing.

Very informative, and straight to the point.Covers all systems and includes sample cases and query opportunities. Worth the money especially if you are a new CDIS.

Great book. Easy to read and understand. Every CDI need to get this book.
