Great just what I wanted

The strength variety is great. Great for exercising at home. Can do so much with just these to keep fit.

I already own a set of full-size resistance bands, which I have been using almost every day since the lockdowns prevented me attending a gym.I wanted a set of mini-bands for some specific knee and thigh exercises and these fit the bill perfectly.And, at this remarkably low price, it's not much of a bill at all.They come with a handy draw-string carry bag and a booklet containing some basic exercises.Takes up next to no space in your gym bag.Only slight quibble is that the extra-light and light bands are extremely thin and flimsy and I will probably only use the two heaviest bands (you can, of course, double-up two bands to increase the resistance).At this bargain price, ordering these is a bit of a no-brainer!

Great for home workouts.they’re durable

I had an injury earlier this year and my doctor recommend that I use resistance bands to improve my strength.They've definitely helped by adding additional resistance to exercises that I've been advised to complete every other day. Good stretch and I really like the colours. I'm going to take them on holiday with me and use them in the room or by the pool. Really done the trick in terms of muscle strength improvement.
