I really like this little guy, it only takes about 2 seconds to get the read out of the temperature. No wasting of time waiting for the temp to slowly crawl up to the final temperature. A great product and great buy.

Measuring the temp is easy with either probe. However, setting the alarm is a bit more challenging. The little letters indicating which probe is selected are hard to see and I have to get the manual to figure out which probe is indicated.

When you open the box, I was pleasantly surprised to see a small screwdriver included for opening the battery compartment. I didn’t have to go searching through my tool drawer for one. Also, I love that it uses AAA batteries rather than watch batteries that I am less likely to have around the house. I used it to temp some ribs I smoked and the quick response time was great. The display is easy to read as well. The display kicking on as soon as the probe is flipped out is nice. If you are looking for a probe that has the instant read capability as well as the ability to leave a probe in while smoking meat, this is a great option.

Ours came timely in a sealed box. The thermometer worked great. However it's missing the second probe. There was no contact information to ask for customer service.

I’m constantly checking the milk for the appropriate temperature and this is so fast! It is instant!

Started off working really well however now the numbers have stopped working. After contacting seller they are sending me a replacement. Excellent service all round.
