Q: How many perforations per inch?

I cut a strip and measured: there are 7 perforations per inch; Most of the paper is cut, the part not cut is very very small compared to the part that is cut. Basically, the cutter wheel has 7 notches per inch on the wheel. The tiny notches don't cut.

Q: Is this tool can use as HandyScore when i score to cardboard box ?

I bought mine March 2020 and I have used it many times on cardboard to kind of score where I want to cut, I do have to go over it with a knife because the teeth are only so long but it has been helpful to me.

Q: how straight does it cut? if I’m going along the full length of a sheet is it hard to keep a straight line without using a straight edge?
