Large even larger than the Sagely
The media could not be loaded. I had been using a normal large am/pm, but it was overflowing. I was looking for something about the same as my husbands Sagely, but didn't want to spend that much money. Going through my options I was having a hard time figuring out what would be equivalent, then I ran into these and decided to order it. When the new one came, I was surprised at the size. It makes my old one seem tiny and is larger than my Husband's. I almost fit all my supplements into just one side. Everything seems to be working as expected. Opening the dispensers seems to be pretty easy, but clips down nicely. Each container clips down to the base tray with no issues. I like that I can remove just one day and take it with me or can safely take the whole flat.

WONDERFUL SIZE
I have looked and looked for a nice size pill organizer, and these are perfect. I like how each day is attached, and I am able to remove each day as needed, and then put the day back when I am done.

Comically HUGE
When they say this is EXTRA large, they aren't kidding. We took it out of the box and laughed and laughed and laughed. It is like something that belongs in Pee-wee's playhouse. It's absolutely enormous. Which I guess is good - no chance in losing it, or not being able to read it. I mean it's so BIG that you could almost use it as a gag gift to be honest. But I can definitely see that it would have some advantages for elderly people. Like I said, the writing is very large, and you couldn't easily misplace this lol. Each day is divided into separate morning/night sections, and each is capable of holding many pills. The individual daily canisters also detach, so you can bring just "TUESDAY," or whatever day, with you in your purse/bag on a day trip if need be.
