My favorite brand for Melatonin
I've been using this brand for the last few months! It offers products at great price with great value. This melatonin works quickly and perfectly. If you've never taken melatonin before, it is a natural supplement, which causes sleepiness in minutes. There's no "hung-over" after-effects from these; unlike using a sleep aid, which can have you feeling very sluggish the entire next day! I highly recommend these!

Works Great!
Just 1 tablet is enough to induce a 8 hours deep sleep! Great for resetting your sleep cycle. You don’t need more than 1 in my opinion, sometimes even just a half tablet to start getting sleepy in 15-20 minutes. works great!

Not for chronic insomnia
Maybe this will work for people who rarely experience insomnia due to other life or health issues.If insomnia is an actual disorder for you (like me) this does not work.
