Would not recommend based on my personal experience with this product. Kindly requested REFUND in WRITING via email on October 5th, 2022. I also sent product back via MAIL, requesting refund in WRITING as well. I had received a written email reply from Clear Retain on/around October 5th stating they would offer refund, after I made three attempts in making a lower impression. (Too difficult for me.)

This was a bit of a timely experience, but they’re doing their best to streamline by having you send pics of your impressions via email before mailing them. With that being said, my retainer fits perfectly! Check their website, because it was cheaper there, but I didn’t know that until it was too late! Also, it doesn’t come with a retainer key to remove the retainer, so I’d recommend ordering one of those too. Luckily, I had ordered my daughter a few awhile back, so we had some in the house. I’m very pleased with the quality, price, and fit! I would recommend.

I 10/10 would recommend. The process went so smoothly, and my new retainers fit perfectly. I recommend getting extra putty and tools from byte because it’s only 15 dollars, and if you mess up you can just use the byte putty. Came quicker than I expected. Just get them...
