Anyhow, this tenderizer is not only beautifully crafted but works like a charm! Also very happy that I can throw it in the dishwasher and get it cleaned really good! Feels sturdy but lightweight and makes tenderizing a breeze!

Wow this mallet is very well made. Used it tonight for chicken cutlets. They were almost paper thin and very tender. Works quickly, very convenient!
