nonstick interior does not hold up
For the $150 or so that I paid for these pots, I shouldn't expect too much, but after 3 years or so, the interior of the pots has completely flaked off and I need to replace them. I only use plastic and wooden utensils. Admittedly, one of the small saucepans was left too long on the stove and the water boiled out, so that may be the cause of the problem, but while these pans look really nice, if you do a lot of cooking, you might want to consider something else.
