These colourings for baking are amazing I've a good collection of them now. You don't need loads of it, I use the handle bit of a spoon to scoop a little out at a time as they are quite solid.

I mainly use Culpitt Food Colouring. They are easy to use and give a good colour to my ready to roll icing that I use as cake coverings. I have used this company before and have found them to be reliable and helpful. No quibble is there is a problem which is sorted out timeously. Would recommend.

Made a rainbow cake using these colourings?, I was familiar with the brand as my mum used to make wedding cakes and she had them all in her collection however I wanted to get my own as I bake with my daughter.Did not disappoint definitely buy again, colours were so vibrant and good value for money.
