Several months ago I tried one of their (Brooklyn Steel) nonstick fry pans and was totally blown away with the looks and how well it cooked. I decided to get the set and I am so happy I did. They are beautiful (I chose grey) with a nonstick coating that wipes out like a dream and requires very little grease. Comes with lids and includes felt liners for protection. Found this to be a wonderful buy.

Pots were really nice…. But the knob on the large pot was cracked off. Packing wasn’t great either. Just came in the box. Not much packing to protect the smaller pieces of the pots. Sent back

Purchased a large frying pan @ a Kroger. The pan was bent lid would not fit. Had to return to store for replacement to get it right. Same thing here. Ordered set from Amazon, arrived damaged. Large pot badly bent, top will not fit. Substandard product.

These are amazing. The handles feel like satin and are the best pots & pans I have ever used. T-Fal, Calphalon and Pioneer Woman do not even compare to these. Hands down the best ever.

The lid does not fit on the 4-5 qt pan. Very disappointing. Otherwise I do like the pans.

I received this set as a gift and Dutch oven was misshapen making the cover not fit. Like the other reviews I read the outside box was in Perfect condition so this could not have happened in transit. I submitted a form on the website almost two weeks ago explaining the situation and there has been ZERO response not even a automatic response acknowledging my message was received. I looked everywhere for a phone number and can’t find anything. I attempted to communicate via their social media accounts and RADIO SILENCE. Has anyone had any success getting a response from Brooklyn Steel. This is so disappointing.

My wife ordered these to replace some older cookware. She loved the color combination and they look to be good quality.I was at work when they were delivered, and my wife sent me a text with a sad face emoji, then sent me a picture of the dutch oven which was very bent. It was shipped in three boxes: the retail box inside a sturdy, thick cardboard box, inside of the Amazon box. I checked all three boxes and not one of them showed any sign of external damage at all. It seemed like either the box was dropped before it was packed, or it was placed in the box already bent. Regardless, it seems like they could have used more protection.The non-damaged cookware is really nice. The bottoms are nice and thick, and I really like that they’ll work with an inductive cook surface which will probably be my next appliance.If you’re thinking about ordering this for a gift, make sure you open it up and inspect everything first!

not what i expected. for the price, you would at least feel confident in that the products were made well. they're not. it's a huge gamble because mine were all bent up tremendously and poorly presented. would make an embarrassing gift in the least, but i wouldn't recommend this for gifting or for anyone AT ALL.
