Nice Item
This is a very nice product. it wraps nicely around your shoulder, like shown in the picture. Its Velcro adjustable for arm size. Adjustable Elastic strap to wrap around to hold it on. I like it. Heats up nicely. The only thing is its a USB plug. Not regular electric plug. I didn't notice that when purchased. (too excited they had this kind of product, I guess!) I used the adapter plug for my phone to use it, but the plug got pretty hot, so I'll have to find the proper adapter plug for it. A nice feature it does have, because of the USB cord, you can hook it up to a rechargeable battery pack (not Included) and walk around with it on. Not tied to a plug in the wall. There is a small pocket on it to put the battery.

Does not work with power pack.
I have three different types of power packs and neither one of them works with this item. Does not get hot enough on high setting.

Love it just make my shoulder feel so much better and it's easy and comfortable

should be called a warming pad
Barely heats up. total waste of money. Purchased the to help with my shoulder pain. had to apply pree with my hand to feel any heat at all. Still was just warm. received no benefit . will be returning.
